Project Management & Quality Assurance in Technology Implementation

Our client is a large multi-channel (auto, P&C, life, and health) insurance company in Mexico. As part of their Finance Transformation Program, they implemented Oracle Cloud ERP which includes more than 8 modules and has directly impacted 300+ of their employees’ daily activities. The second phase of their transformation includes implementing two modules of Oracle Cloud EPM to further streamline, standardize, and manage the responsibilities of their FP&A team.

Client Challenges

  • Facilitate and increase the efficiency of existing business processes by reducing execution time, in alignment with industry-leading practices

  • Ensure an adequate implementation and maximize the benefits offered by the EPM modules to fit their specific business needs, safeguarding their investment

  • Manage and coordinate the project within the allocated time frame, scope, and cost using the Scrum framework

  • Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and issues that impact the project’s timeline

  • Identify opportunities and incorporate actions that improve the quality of the project’s execution and its deliverables
