The sprinter will leave the hotel at 8:15 am, sharp. Breakfast at the hotel buffet is available since 7am. We recommend you bring a bottle of water with you. The purpose of the visit to Teleton's rehabilitation facility is to learn more about the work they do We'll get to meet some kids and their families, join them for some workshops, learn about the challenges they face and what we can do to help. Dress Code: Jeans & White T Shirt (Preferably a Nepanoa T-shirt if you have one)
Lunch & Work Catch-Up
Pannarama
After you've had some time to freshen-up, relax or even catch-up with work at the hotel, we'll meet up at Pannarama. Pannarama is a gastronomic hub on the second floor of Torre Mil500, where you'll be able to choose between a set menu on SSAM or Pig's Pearls. This venue is within walking distance from the hotel. Make sure to come prepared for the following activities, after lunch we are scheduled to go to the next item on the agenda in the same building.

Andares Talento
The sprinter will leave the hotel at 7:10 pm. We are only a few minutes away from the hotel. Talento is an international fusion restaurant that specializes in a mix of Mexican and Thai flavors. The sprinter is scheduled to drive us back to the hotel at 9:45pm. However, everyone is free to go wherever they please after dinner and is responsable for their own transportation back to the hotel if they choose not to use the one provided by Nepanoa. Dress Code: Smart Casual/Business Casual

Bootcamp Commando
Class starts at 7:05 am. The venue is within walking distance from the hotel (8 min walk - 600 m). A group of us will be leaving the hotel at 6:45am to walk over to Commando. Uber is also an option for transportation if deemed necessary. Please find Lex the night before and let her know if this is your desired method for transportation. Dress Code: Sportswear (Nepanoa T-shirt -suggested if you have it)

Dress Code: Business Casual in neutral colors (white, gray, beige, black, light or navy blue) The sprinter will be ready to take us to Amena and leave the hotel by 9:20 am. Please be ready at the entrance. You'll need your laptop for the rest of the activities after breakfast.

Dress Code: Business Casual in neutral colors (white, gray, beige, black, light or navy blue) During this time, you'll be able to gather in teams and catch-up with work on your current project. A marketing team-member will be buzzing around and taking some pictures, we might steal you for five minutes to take your picture and ask you some questions. Please take this opportunnity to do focused group work, connect with other teams and don't mind the camera. Thank you. Laptop Required. Make sure you review the "Photoshoot Outline" document found in the menu for this site beforehand. The sprinter will leave Amena at 12:30 and take us back to the hotel.
Group Photos & Videos

Group photos and the continuation of some interviews will be held back at the hotel's entrance. Upon arrival, we'll have a quick 15 minute break to change into jeans and our Nepanoa 2023 jacket. Make sure you review the "Photoshoot Outline" document found in the menu for this site beforehand. It might be harder to catch-up with work during this time because the marketing team will need more active involvement, but you are encouraged to keep your laptop with you, just in case.
